For Commissions:
A 50% advance is required to begin your custom piece. As the artwork is created specifically for you, this advance is non-refundable once work has started. If you need to cancel before the creation process begins, please reach out — I’m always happy to discuss possible options.
For Original Artworks:
Original pieces are one-of-a-kind and all sales are considered final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and I will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
For Prints (if applicable):
Prints are carefully produced and inspected before dispatch. Returns are accepted only in the rare case of damage or printing defects.
